Responsibilities & Context:
Ducon Construction Chemicals Industries Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction chemicals company in Bangladesh. Ducon is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals for the position of Sales & Marketing Officer.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our products such as Concrete Admixture, Waterproofing Products, Tiles Grout, Tiles Putty, and Industrial Epoxy PU Flooring Products.
This role involves extensive fieldwork across the 64 districts in Bangladesh, where the candidate will visit engineers to ensure monthly sales targets. Candidates must own a motorbike and valid driving license.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s product range, including Concrete Admixtures, Waterproofing Products, Tile Grout, Tile Putty, and Industrial Epoxy/PU Flooring.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Visit engineers, contractors, and construction firms to introduce and demonstrate product benefits.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the management team, including customer visits, sales achieved, and future action plans.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, trends, and competition in the market.
