Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell the company’s product range, including Concrete Admixtures, Waterproofing Products, Tile Grout, Tile Putty, and Industrial Epoxy/PU Flooring.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
∎ Visit engineers, contractors, and construction firms to introduce and demonstrate product benefits.
∎ Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the management team, including customer visits, sales achieved, and future action plans.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, trends, and competition in the market.
∎ Ducon Construction Chemicals Industries Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction chemicals company in Bangladesh. Ducon is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals for the position of Sales & Marketing Officer.
∎ The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our products such as Concrete Admixture, Waterproofing Products, Tiles Grout, Tiles Putty, and Industrial Epoxy PU Flooring Products.
∎ This role involves extensive fieldwork across the 64 districts in Bangladesh, where the candidate will visit engineers to ensure monthly sales targets. Candidates must own a motorbike and valid driving license.

∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and sell the company’s product range, including Concrete Admixtures, Waterproofing Products, Tile Grout, Tile Putty, and Industrial Epoxy/PU Flooring.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ If your total sales are 1,00,000 BDT, you will earn 3,000 BDT as commission.
∎ If your total sales are 2,00,000 BDT, you will earn 6,000 BDT as commission.
∎ If your total sales are 3,00,000 BDT, you will earn 9,000 BDT as commission.
∎ Commission: 3% commission on total sales.
∎ Example:
∎ If your total sales are 1,00,000 BDT, you will earn 3,000 BDT as commission.
∎ If your total sales are 2,00,000 BDT, you will earn 6,000 BDT as commission.
∎ If your total sales are 3,00,000 BDT, you will earn 9,000 BDT as commission.
