∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ B.Sc degree in Computer Science/CSE/ETE is preferred or BBA/MBA or equivalent degree in any reputed college/university
∎ Skills Required: Government Affairs, IT & Software Product Marketing, Govt Tendering, Tender bidding, Training & Development
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills, Microsoft Office Applications, Project proposal writing, Proposal Development, Technical Sales IT Marketing, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing, Tender Documents
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
EGP OTM, EGP Tendering Expert, Govt. Affairs, govt. Sales tender, Govt.Sector Corporation, Hardware & Networking, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Training Institutes
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the experience to work in IT companies
∎ Must have knowledge of the IT & ITES industry and its current events
∎ Experience to participate in the national & international tender
∎ Knowledge to write tender documents
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skill and IT fluency
∎ Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
∎ Excellent time management and organization skill, negotiation skill
∎ Experience to work with govt will get more preference
∎ Team development and ensure continuous improvement in productivity
∎ Achieve sales targets by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plans and performance monitoring of the sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as an IT Sales & Marketing in Govt Sector & Corporate, Have experience in Business Development Manager /Sales Executive or Manager in a relevant role in any IT Company or Software company
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Proficiency in English & Good Presentation skill
∎ Excellent communication and people skills
∎ Demonstrable experience in deal with high-level negotiations
∎ Experience in customer support
∎ Excellent time management and planning skills
