Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proven experience in Government Sector(B2G), Business Development (B2B), with a strong track record of success.
∎ In-depth understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
∎ Must willing daily visit in different Ministry, Secretariat, Divisions, Directorate & Project Officials.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
∎ Must have strong communication skills with clear voice.- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
∎ Proficiency in tender management software and Microsoft Office suite.
∎ Have Experience to work in high Rank Govt. official sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are employing this role in order to visit the Govt office and establish a business relationship.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to pursue and secure contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders, understanding their needs and requirements.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with government agencies, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
∎ Conduct thorough research and analysis of tender specifications, identifying risks and opportunities.
∎ Monitor and track tender progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Continuously evaluating and refining business development strategies and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in capturing government sector opportunities.
