Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team, setting goals, providing mentorship, and monitoring performance to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Promotion & Campaign Management: Plan and oversee promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and brand positioning efforts to enhance market presence and visibility.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging marketing trends to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge continuously.
Event Planning & Execution: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Monitor & Optimize Digital Marketing Efforts: Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, to ensure effective online presence and lead generation.
Compliance & Ethical Standards: Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
