∎ Should keep updates on competitor's products & capabilities leadership & convincing skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Elevator Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Relationship Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Elevator & Escalator industry, Electronic Equipment.
∎ Expert in presentation of product, Ability to Convince the clients
∎ Good negotiation skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to collect data from the assigned areas & provide our product info to the potential clients properly.
∎ Have to achieve the monthly/quarterly/half early target.
∎ Fix up meeting with our client for project/office visit and final negotiations.
∎ Daily market visit, potential client searching & meeting.
∎ To set & maintain a communication plan with all prospective companies & communications should be result-oriented.
∎ To be capable to identify the requirements & expectations of the client and to be capable to satisfy all their queries.
∎ Must achieve sales target and set goals for assigned area.
∎ Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
∎ Should develop a marketing strategy to gain a firm position in the existing market.

∎ Candidate should have proper knowledge about elevator brands, market size etc. We’re looking for Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive who has experience & proven track record in elevator sales.
