∎ Marketing: Creating marketing and sales strategies, developing and implementing advertisements, and identifying marketing opportunities .
∎ Sales: Recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees, and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
∎ Communication: Communicating with customers, managers, and colleagues, and explaining car features to clients .
∎ Customer relations: Building rapport with potential customers, maintaining a customer database, and assisting customers with paperwork.
∎ Reporting: Maintaining reporting structures and recording sales and inventory .
∎ Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets .
∎ Showroom: Assisting with the set up of showroom and promotional displays.
∎ Data analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends .
∎ Budgeting: Forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets .
∎ Must be know about digital marketing.
