Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in Sales and marketing(Chemical)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiently and effectively communicate product information to clients.
∎ Create strategic marketing policy and implement the plan. Create & execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives.
∎ Ensure product stock is always available for sales and demonstrations.
∎ Successfully negotiate and finalize deals, addressing any complaints or objections.
∎ Collaborate with team member to optimize results.
∎ Follow up with clients on sales order, invoice, payment collection, product delivery.
∎ Help customers with technical aspects of our products.
∎ Develop proper sales planning and marketing in order to increase the business and bring new customers for the company.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, market competition and threat.
∎ Visit regularly constantly old and new clients, arrange & attend meeting, constantly follow up.
∎ Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances. review & analyze sales reports & other metrics.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act and Rules.
∎ Candidates having Sales & marketing experience will get extra preference
