∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture (Preferred).

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup
∎ Candidate must have minimum 1 year of practical working experience in Agro industry or agro based sales and marketing organization;
∎ Gentle and pleasant personality;
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla;
∎ Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation);
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skills;
∎ Should be dynamic and innovative;
∎ Dynamic, proactive, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage customers efficiently and frequently visit customers to ensure quality sales
∎ Seek out opportunity for Sales generation, where fresh fruits and vegetables can be marketed;
∎ Handling the existing customers and satisfying them with the set service policies of the organization;
∎ Frequent market survey and Competitors Analysis
∎ Buildup relationship with existing and potential customers to enhance sales;
∎ Must have the confidence to earn revenue for the company and determination to achieve the realistic target driving with the team parallel;
∎ Searching and expansion of new markets;
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement;
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly sales and delivery reports;
∎ Liaison with all field forces of marketing people & gather data from them and report to Management
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards head of the department;
∎ Any other task given by the management.
