∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Recent Photograph (Not older than 2 months).
∎ 5 to 10 years good sales track report in any top 10 brand real-estate company.
∎ Use to work through ERP.
∎ Experienced to work with big investors.
∎ Effective client database for achieving niche products sales target.
∎ Good knowledge in documentation (Registration, Deed of Agreement, Land, Loan etc.).
∎ Candidates must have a good professional appearance in a polite manner.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, tactical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to organize multitasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge of niche and average products market.
∎ Good product knowledge of other competitors.
∎ Should have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly.
∎ Must be self-driven and dynamic.
