We are currently looking for a dynamic, experienced, and target-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager to Sr. Manager (Sales) under the Sales Department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capability, practical experience in apartment, and the ability to contribute effectively to the company’s continuous business growth through professionalism, dedication, accountability, and strategic sales expertise.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

  • Build strong client relationships by understanding customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.

  • Identify potential clients, new markets, and sales opportunities to expand business reach.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and performance analysis through CRM/ERP systems for management review.
