Responsibilities & Context:

Scheduling the visit plan according to route settled by field management and meet the targeted customers having in each route to generate sales volume of cattle feeds.

•Taking necessary steps to connect the farmers with intermediaries. Conduct the survey, analyze, select and convince the possible customers for selling Astha cattle feeds. Maintain effective communication with respective core sales team to complete the official process of customers.

•Satisfying the customers through efficient technical service and arrange capacity development programs like training, seminar, workshop etc. for the customers.

•Collecting market information, analyzing and informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

•Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

•Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.

•Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activity and budget report and sending to management for onward actions.

•Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.

•Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
