∎ Lead villa and resort sales efforts for the Sagarneela Five-Star Hotel and Villa Resort project.
∎ Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
∎ Stay updated on local real estate trends and conduct market research.
∎ Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring top-notch customer service.
∎ Negotiate high-value sales contracts and set sales targets.
∎ Generate regular sales reports and provide strategic recommendations.
