Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish Sales objective by forecasting and developing annual sales target for regions & territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Achieve annually / monthly sales & growth target by successfully managing the Retail sales team.
∎ Manage, develop, coach, control & motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target are met.
∎ Daily, weekly or as required travel to meet with potential and existing distributors as well as field sales staff.
∎ Suggest product improvements to Marketing Department based upon customer & sales team's feedback.
∎ Present quarterly sales reports to the management detailing the sales team's progression towards annual sales goal.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
∎ Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
∎ Plan and execute trade promotions in coordination with related departments.
∎ Regular reporting to the top management on periodical Sales performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ Should have experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Stationary Business.
∎ Should have strong communication skills.

∎ Should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office.
∎ Fluent in E-mail and English Communication.
