Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
∎ Experience selling a wide range of produce commodities and a high number of SKUs simultaneously - organic and/or fruit and vegetable commodity items strongly preferred
∎ Monitor, develop & coordinate the activities of ZSO/ZSM/TSM/Sales Supervisor.
∎ Monitor the activities of their field forces, implement the company objectives
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Setting and achieving individual sales targets with the team.
∎ Lead, train & care team for unleashing and utilizing their potentiality to achieve monthly sales volume.
∎ Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Analyze, train, and develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas FMCG & Fruits and vegetable Marketing.
