∎ •Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 2 years of

∎ • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
∎ • Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and principles.
∎ • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
∎ • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
∎ • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
∎ • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
∎ • Provide training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and maximize performance.
∎ • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ • Manage sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize expenses to ensure profitability.
