∎ Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
∎ Number of new memberships or corporate partnerships secured.

∎ Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or club management.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential partners and corporate clients.
∎ Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns in line with the club’s goals and brand image.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to align club offerings with demand.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality and member satisfaction.
∎ Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
∎ Gulshan Club is a premier elite club in Bangladesh. It operates a five-star standard hotel facility- The Residence. We are looking for a person who is ready to undertake the responsibility of its sales & marketing to both the local and international markets.
