Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable to achieve company's sales target on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
∎ Achieving individual sales targets as approved by the management.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, performance dashboards, and analysis for management.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/quarterly/monthly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Develop the sales department. Training, leading and monitoring the team members.
∎ To share idea how to improve the sales with top management and other colleagues.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records. Ensure and maintaining proper records keeping of all sales activities in the computer.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all market competitor's pricings, sales.
∎ Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
∎ Frequent field visit & develop relationship with our Retailer, Sales Representative and Marketing Executive.
∎ Regular follow-up of sales order and payment.
∎ Lead the team for daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Chemical, Paint, Burnish Chemical, Industrial Chemical sales will be preferred
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Computer skill, Sales & Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ Good communication skill required both English & Bangla.
