Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper communication with customers.
∎ Look after & Monitoring Urdu Road Operations.
∎ Sales planning discuss with Field Forces and submitted to management.
∎ Monitoring of the Sales & Marketing Team.
∎ Customer Visit (Office, Factory) & Consumption Nature Analyses.
∎ Target Wise Sales Achievement.
∎ New Customer Sourcing, Analysis, Hunting & Sales Progress day by day.
∎ SWOT Analysis of our Company & Others Competitor.
∎ Similar Companies Activity Analyses.
∎ Providing Company Profile sending by mail & Submitted Bruiser to the Customer.
∎ Collecting used Sample of the Customer for Develop APL Product & Market.
∎ Providing Our Sample for Testing.
∎ Forecasting of Sales & Collection Budget (Monthly) submitted to Management.
∎ Money Collection from Customer (Cheque, Cash, DD, Pay Order, TT Etc.)
∎ Customer Wise daily flow up over phone and physical.
∎ Provide Sales Offer Letter to the customer and discuss any issue of sales.
∎ Prepared Bill for Customer and ensure acknowledgement.
∎ Collect delivery order from Customer & Sent to Factory.
∎ Customer’s Ledger Maintain.
∎ Preparation all various kinds of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly Sales Accounts Statements & maintenance thereof.
∎ Prepared Sales Related Program Wise Report.
∎ Making Marketing New Plan for Company Development.
∎ Prepared Daily Collection & Sales Statement.
∎ Prepared Monthly Sales Statements.
∎ Prepared Monthly Sales Incentive Statements.
∎ Prepared Customer Donation sheet for pay money.
∎ Prepared Customer Donation Statement (Monthly & Yearly).
∎ Field Force wise Performance Analysis and submitted to Management.
∎ Prepared Yearly Sales Commission for the Customers (If any).
∎ Running Sales and Collection with Created Brand Value.
∎ Monthly visited of APL’s factory & meeting with R&D Team.
∎ Any other Job Responsibility Requirement of Management.
