Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target.
∎ Will perform the first point for handling all client objections and negotiations.
∎ Forward to next level in hierarchy for closing the deal and handling critical clients.
∎ Responsible for executing various promotional activities (as per product requirements).
∎ Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing projects.
∎ Maintain strong funnel by taking initiative and exploring different lead generation techniques.
∎ Stay ahead and tap referral and repeat business.
∎ Research, evaluate and recommend potential growth strategies through expansion into new product categories.
∎ Initiate Market mapping exercises and conduct market surveys in geographies where there is no or less presence to identify business potential.
∎ Conducting market analysis especially of North Bengal market on regular basis and preparing a detailed report.
∎ Maintain records of all calls made, customers attended, and visits done with the client.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly sales data and strive to improve conversion ratios. Take corrective actions towards achievement of targets.
∎ Collecting of the payments via cheque, Cash ,DD, Pay Order ,TT etc on timely basis from clients and vendors.
∎ Handling queries of clients telephonically and face to face.
∎ Regular follow up with the clients.
∎ Timely submission of all the invoices/bills at the clients office.
∎ Coordinating and liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
∎ Conducting analysis of the company’s activity on timely basis.
∎ Preparing Sales & Collections report on daily basis and sharing with management.
∎ Market condition survey, analysis, and sample program testing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills;
∎ Good Communication, Analytical and Interpersonal skills and an eye to details
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods..
∎ • Proficient in MS Office and sales related software.
