Job Responsibilities:
∎ Align with the company mission & vision. Lead team as per company goal.
∎ Breakdown of sales target, assigned to team members, and ensure continuous support of the team to achieve the target.
∎ Focus on the development of brand image.
∎ Establish demonstration to present our product with dealers, retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy, and reference groups.
∎ Prepare market visit plan through a route chart & get approval from the authority.
∎ Establish continuous product and market analysis.
∎ Sales data collection from the market with all product and their alternatives, and disseminate information in a weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Attain monthly targets, and collect as assigned through the responsibility center
∎ Collect proper sales tools and sales promotion offered by management & ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders.
∎ Maintain accurate records (Sales, Stock, Data, Documents, Problems, etc.) and share timely to take necessary steps.
∎ Set sales target and monitor achievement of Executives through dealer-wise sales allocation, and gap mitigation.
∎ Approve route chart-wise tour plan of team, and correct if required. Consolidation of data collected from the team.
∎ Disseminate data to supervisor in time and daily, and monthly reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years practical experience in the same post in a reputed company will be given preference.
∎ Well-organized, decisive and in possession of good communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent command in Computer Operation particularly in MS Office.
∎ Able to generate monthly/quarterly/annual sales report as per management's directive.
