Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist customers in finding products.
∎ Provide information on product availability, prices, and promotions.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and professional manner.
∎ Suggest and promote products to increase sales.
∎ Explain product features and benefits to encourage purchases.
∎ Ensure shelves are fully stocked and properly organized.
∎ Replenish inventory when needed and ensure stock levels are maintained.
∎ Monitor expiration dates and remove expired products from shelves.
∎ Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments (cash, card, digital).
∎ Keep the store clean and organized.
∎ Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and updated regularly.
∎ Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal layouts.
∎ Any Other Task Assigned by the management.
