∎ Minimum Graduate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to sell consumer products likely Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards and other relevant products.
∎ Meeting sales target along with finding potential customers
∎ Manage sales matrix along with finding potential customers
∎ Preparing monthly, weekly & daily sales report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having sales experiences of 6 months is preferred
∎ Strong quality to work in a team and lead them
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office, Intranet/ Internet, E-mail handling, etc.)
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target

Salary:
∎ Attractive monthly sales commission up to BDT 150,000. Minimum monthly salary during training & development period : BDT 12,000. Minimum monthly salary after training & development period : BDT 14,000

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Eligible to sit for absorption exam for permanent position after 2 years based on performance
∎ Other benefits as per EBL Policy
