The role involves conducting telemarketing campaigns to promote tourist visa services and identifying potential leads, while actively reaching out to new clients via phone calls and social media platforms. The candidate will guide clients through the tourist visa application process, including file initiation and document collection, and maintain continuous follow-up from the initial consultation through application completion. Collaboration with the visa processing team is also required, assisting in file handling and managing application-related documentation. The candidate is expected to meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals through excellent client service and effective lead conversion. Engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp is essential for follow-ups, lead generation, digital promotion, and community engagement. Clear, professional, and accurate communication with clients at all stages is crucial, along with preparing and maintaining comprehensive client records, file updates, and reporting as needed.
