Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proper Knowledge about Re-issue ,Refund air ticket and should have strong communication with airlines official, as well as handle accounts of the company.
∎ Ticketing & Reservation Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly. Discussing client's requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations and flights. Providing up to date advice on travel regulations including visa, medical requirements, baggage allowance, safety and local customs. Ensuring all bookings & reservations are processed accurately and issue, reissue and refund e-ticket. Completing all ticketing, secured payments and submitting money and paperwork to accounting department. Competently dealing with different airline/agent's sales representative. Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news. Knowledge about Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator. Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors. Able to collect payment from customers for tickets before the IATA payment dates. Provide high level of customer service. Follow internal control procedures for cash handling and credit purchases, and ensure Integrity of ticket distribution and accountability. Liaise with travel partners, including airlines to manage bookings and schedules to assist customer needs. Deal with customer inquiries and aim to meet their expectations. Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
