∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to achieve sales target and reporting to the MD / CEO.
∎ Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about the product.
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Must be good personalities, self-motivated and high ambitious to build up career.
∎ Develop potential clients & maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Maintain after sales formalities including deed of agreement.
∎ Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
∎ Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
∎ Preparation of Budget & Estimate for additional work.
∎ Supervision and Quality Control of Modification work at Finishing Stages.
∎ Handover of apartments and related documents to the clients and landowners.
∎ Handover the complex & project related documents to the common management Association.
∎ Smoothly handling During the Critical Situation.
Salary: Negotiable
