Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet customers, identify customer needs, and assist them.
∎ Pitch relevant products to customers and answer all product-related queries.
∎ Build sustainable relationships with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
∎ Manage shop shelves and product stock.
∎ Update and follow up on the customer's product demand and forward it to the management.
∎ Handle customer complaints with care and sincerity.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
