Greet customers, identify customer needs, and assist them.
Pitch relevant products to customers and answer all product-related queries.
Build sustainable relationships with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
Manage shop shelves and product stock.
Update and follow up on the customer`s product demand and forward it to the management.
Handle customer complaints with care and sincerity.
Any other duties assigned by the management
