∎ THE POSITION
∎ Due to growth, an exciting position has become available to join the sales team in our Gulshan Dhaka Office. This is an important Sales Executive Role that will see you handling a portfolio of consistent and periodical purchasing customers. The position will be set targets around increasing spend of the overall portfolio, capturing a larger share of customers wallet and bringing in new sales.
∎ Your primary role will be to consult with prospective customers, so that they understand the full value of the company`s products and services. Most importantly, this role will see you closing out opportunities and growing review for the business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish initial contact with clients.
∎ Support Sales & Marketing in the process of getting business from clients.
∎ Establish contact and get orders from clients to meet the sales target set for the period.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payment from small-sized customers.
∎ Resolve and escalate where necessary issues pertaining to customers.
∎ Maintain relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
∎ Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers.
∎ Provide sales data and MIS as required on timely basis.
∎ COORDINATION
∎ Handling inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns
∎ Prospecting cold calling and developing sales pipelines
∎ Managing a 360-degree sales process ensuring successful delivery of products
∎ Promote products and services and close leads
∎ Maintain an accurate daily forecast
∎ Provide market feedback to Management
∎ Daily reporting and feedback to the management about measurable progress
∎ Sell courses by establishing contact/given leads through developing relationships with prospects; recommending different career opportunities.
∎ Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's needs.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending benefits of the courses through counseling
∎ Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing CTBD standards.
∎ Gather and maintains professional information of potential clients from educational workshops.
∎ Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database of prospective client information
∎ Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration.
∎ Compile lists describing product or service offering
∎ Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or service expected to be in demand
∎ Develop pricing strategies balancing firm objective and customer satisfaction
∎ Evaluate the financial aspects of product development appropriations and return on investment and profit loss projection
∎ Formulate, direct and co-ordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
∎ Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives. Market characteristics and cost and makeup factors
∎ Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability products
∎ Prepare a work programme
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years' experience in a similar role.
∎ Candidates preferred to work with multinational company.
