∎ THE POSITION
∎ Due to growth, an exciting position has become available to join the quality assurance team in our Gulshan Dhaka Office. This is an important Quality Assurance Role that will see you handling a portfolio of consistent and periodical purchasing customers. The position will be set targets around increasing spend of the overall portfolio, capturing a larger share of customers wallet and bringing in new sales.
∎ Your primary role will be to consult with prospective customers, so that they understand the full value of the company`s products and services. Most importantly, this role will see you closing out opportunities and growing review for the business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions
∎ Monitoring all operations that affect quality
∎ Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking process and final output
∎ Checking that raw materials or components involved in the production process are of suitable quality
∎ Inspecting production machinery and employees to make sure the production process runs smoothly
∎ Writing production plans that minimize risk of mistakes during production
∎ Estimating time involved in assuring each product's quality
∎ Meeting project deadlines
∎ Writing and reviewing production plans
∎ Maintaining Quality Report and submit to the management regularly.
∎ Communicating with quality control about existing defects and how to prevent future mistakes during production
∎ Communicating with other departments such as Management and Marketing team to coordinate scheduling
∎ Reporting discovered defects to all relevant department for correction
∎ Communicating with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
∎ Ensuring all legal standards are met

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production, Production/ Operation Management, Quality, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ Should have proven experience in the similar position from any other reputed manufacturing company.
∎ Strong communication in English in both writing and speaking.
∎ Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge on MS Office, email communication and internet.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ In order to be considered for this role it is essential you have a sales background. You will be passionate about developing new business and will be a drive and enthusiasm to earning great commissions.
∎ Ideally, you will have prior experience in a phone based and physical call on experience, outbound sales position. If you have prior experience with promotional products such as branded merchandise. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
