∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

∎ Minimum one year of proven sales experience in the education/software industry.
∎ Proven sales experience in SaaS software.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
∎ Ability to convince and build trust with clients.
∎ Basic understanding of software solutions.
∎ Good organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Proficiency in Bengali and intermediate English skills.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Adaptability and willingness to learn new sales techniques and strategies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct daily visits to schools, colleges, and madrasahs.
∎ Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our School Management Software called Schooling.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions.
∎ Understand customer needs and provide solutions. Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
∎ Report daily sales activities and progress to the area manager.
∎ Participate in team meetings and share best practices. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the education sector.
∎ Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

∎ Silicornya Ltd. is seeking motivated and dynamic sales executives to join our sales team, focusing on promoting and selling our school management software in Dhaka. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and madrasahs, to convince principals, headteachers, or teachers about the benefits of our software and achieve sales targets.
