Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly sales tasks.
∎ Arrange meetings with all subordinates and share the sales plan.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance and inspection of the terminal image to ensure standardization.
∎ Follow up the unsalable products, after-sales products, demo products, and effectively follow up those.
∎ Control the sales share of the market, share the company's sales policies and follow up those properly.
∎ Closely maintain retail, day to day meet with the retail, keep a good relationship.
∎ Arrange morning meetings, follow up the daily management and sales volume of the subordinates.
∎ Communicate with the respective department for any branding-related issues, day to day update the branding requirements.
∎ Timely communicate with the dealer for lifting products from the office, assist and report to the superior.
∎ Communicate with the retailers on time for lifting products from dealers according to the inventory situation every day.
∎ Cooperate with various functional departments to coordinate regional supervision, and complete various sales tasks assigned by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficient in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
