Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach
∎ Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
∎ Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our SaaS solutions.
∎ Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.
∎ Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
∎ Ask probing questions to qualify leads and determine the fit for our solutions.
∎ Document and analyze client needs to provide accurate and relevant solutions.
∎ Collaborate with clients to gather detailed technical requirements.
∎ Work closely with the technical team to understand and document client needs.
∎ Ensure all technical requirements are accurately captured and communicated.
∎ Develop customized proposals and solutions that meet client requirements and align with our product offerings.
∎ Work with internal teams to ensure proposals are technically feasible and align with company capabilities.
∎ Present and explain proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Follow up regularly with clients to provide updates, address issues, and ensure ongoing engagement.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and technical requirements.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
∎ Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
∎ Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development.
