∎ Age 24 to 65 years
∎ Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Software Engineer, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and administration.
∎
∎ Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools and technologies, including PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.
∎
∎ Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft modules, such as HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, and CRM, and the ability to customize and configure them.
∎
∎ Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade processes, including applying patches, fixes, and updates.
∎
∎ Familiarity with PeopleSoft reporting tools, such as Query, nVision, and BI Publisher.
∎
∎ Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases, particularly Oracle, used in conjunction with PeopleSoft.
∎
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
∎
∎ Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting technical solutions and configurations.
∎
∎ Experience with integration technologies and web services (e.g., REST, SOAP) is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop, test, and implement PeopleSoft solutions to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
∎ Customize and configure PeopleSoft modules, including Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, Supply Chain, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
∎ Collaborate with database administrators to optimize performance, maintain data integrity, and ensure data security within PeopleSoft databases.
∎ Stay current with PeopleSoft application updates, patches, and enhancements, and assess their impact on the organization's systems.
∎ Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and configuration documentation.
∎ Participate in software development life cycle (SDLC) activities, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
∎ Train end-users and support personnel on PeopleSoft applications and functionalities.
