Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct sales.
∎ Identify potential leads.
∎ Set Meetings with potential clients.
∎ Create a proposal and send it to potential clients.
∎ Achieve monthly target.
∎ Attend phone calls.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer literacy.
∎ Must have effective communication skills.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ If the target is not achieved Employee will get only a basic salary
If the target is achieved Employee will get a BASIC Salary + 5000 BDT Bonus + 10% Commission on Target + 15% Commission on extra sales
