About Amal
Amal is a Muslim lifestyle and impact platform designed to make positive daily actions simple, engaging, and meaningful.
Our philosophy is centered on love, compassion, positive action, and peaceful coexistence rather than fear-based religious engagement. Alongside its digital platform, Amal is developing a grassroots Fellowship Program through which young people will introduce Amal directly to communities, demonstrate the platform, communicate its purpose, and inspire people to become active members of the Amal community.
Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Fellowship Trainer who can eventually grow into the role of Master Trainer for Amal Bangladesh.
This is not primarily a classroom or academic training position. We are looking for someone who is highly persuasive, energetic, articulate, empathetic, and inspirational, with a proven ability to build confidence, leadership, and performance in young people.
The ideal candidate will be able to transform young fellows into confident, capable, and effective communicators who can represent Amal professionally and connect meaningfully with people from different backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
The trainer will be responsible for developing fellows who can:
Approach and engage people naturally, confidently, and respectfully.
Explain Amal’s mission, philosophy, and values in a simple, relatable, and emotionally compelling way.
Demonstrate the Amal platform clearly and effectively.
Use storytelling, empathy, and persuasive communication without sounding like conventional salespeople.
Handle questions, hesitation, concerns, and objections intelligently and confidently.
Inspire people to discover Amal, download the platform, and participate actively in the Amal community.
Represent Amal with professionalism, empathy, integrity, and genuine enthusiasm.
Build meaningful connections and create a positive and memorable experience for the people they engage with.
What We Want This Person to Build
Beyond conducting training sessions, this individual will help build the Amal Fellowship Training System from the ground up.
This will include developing:
Communication techniques and frameworks
Field engagement strategies and scripts
Storytelling and persuasion techniques
Role-playing and real-world simulations
Objection-handling frameworks
Practical field exercises
Performance evaluation systems
Measurable certification and competency standards
Coaching and continuous feedback mechanisms
Most importantly, the candidate should be capable of developing a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) model so that a small group of excellent trainers can subsequently train, mentor, and certify hundreds—and eventually thousands—of fellows across Bangladesh.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is not simply measured by the number of training sessions conducted.
It is measured by whether our fellows become more confident, articulate, empathetic, and effective at connecting with people.
We want to build a system where a young person joining the Amal Fellowship can confidently walk into a community, start a genuine conversation, communicate Amal’s purpose, handle questions and objections, demonstrate the platform, and inspire others to take positive action.
What matters most is exceptional communication, persuasion, facilitation, leadership, and the proven ability to bring out confidence and performance in young people.
