Working knowledge of Dhaka’s retail broadband market and how home and SME customers choose an ISP. Proven record of meeting sales targets. Able to build a marketing plan and run it in the field. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with basic digital marketing and day-to-day reporting. Lead follow-up and customer handling through a CRM. Analytical enough to read simple campaign and sales numbers. Highly motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Able to work independently and under pressure. Willing to travel across Dhaka coverage areas.

InfoLink Internet is a licensed fiber ISP in Dhaka, serving homes, gamers, and businesses since 2011. We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our FTTH subscriber base across Dhaka — home fiber, SME, and corporate — and to turn field activity into measurable new connections.

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new home fiber, SME, and corporate/enterprise FTTH customers across Dhaka and drive monthly revenue growth.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to hit monthly and annual connection, revenue, and customer-acquisition targets.
• Generate leads through field visits, building and housing-society outreach, referrals, digital channels, and local campaigns.
• Run localized promotions: leaflets, below-the-line activations, and digital campaigns that build brand awareness in coverage areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with residential customers, SMEs, corporate clients, housing societies, and building stakeholders so new connections and network rollout stay smooth.
• Identify target segments, watch competitor offers and pricing, and shape packages or promotions that win the retail broadband market.
• Prepare proposals and service presentations, and coordinate with the design team on brochures, creatives, and social content.
• Keep leads and customers updated in the CRM, and work with the technical team so new connections are implemented without delay.
• Support retention: follow up on feedback and help reduce churn.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports, including campaign performance, for management.
• Where needed, guide and motivate a small field team against target.
