Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
∎ Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
∎ Handle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Education: BBA / Hon’s. in Marketing or a related field.
∎ Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in sales,preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
∎ Typing speed of 25 WPM (words per minute).
∎ Basic computer skills (CRM software experience is a plus).
