• Make inbound & outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Promote company products/services over the phone.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with prospective clients to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Handle customer queries and provide basic support.
• Update customer information in the system regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
• Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
