Responsibilities & Context:
Accurately place products into designated containers, boxes, or pouches according to company standards.
Apply stickers, barcodes, and price tags to products and cartons. Ensure labels are straight, clean, and placed in the correct location.
Visually check products and packaging for defects (e.g., torn boxes, smudged labels, or missing items) before sealing.
Fold and assemble cardboard boxes or other packaging materials as needed.
Organise packed items onto pallets or into crates for the delivery team.
Keep the packaging area clean, organised, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in counting stock and alerting the supervisor when packaging materials (tape, labels, boxes) are running low.
