∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Institutional Sales, Institutional Sales Marketing, Super shop, Supershop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and coordinate the activities of Modern Trade Sales Officers (MTSOs) and Super Shops/Institutions.
∎ Ensure monthly primary & secondary sales target of designated super shops and institutions on time.
∎ Ensure proper merchandising monitoring in super shops and optimize the display of the company's products.
∎ Monitoring inventory of assigned super shops/institutions and promptly inform your superior about damaged and expired products.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
∎ Make proper documents/Reports on product orders and deliveries.
∎ Provide regular updates and feedback to your assigned Super shops/institutions regarding growth opportunities, expansion possibilities, and other relevant information.
∎ Monitor market activities, stay informed about market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences, and provide timely information and insights.
∎ Manage all customer promotion programs in modern trade, ensuring effective execution and maximizing customer engagement.
∎ Take responsibility for order processing and payment activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in these processes.
∎ Sales related other tasks assigned by senior management.

∎ Age 25 to 34 years
