Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: P.T. Consumer Products Industries is hiring a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for Institutions. The role involves conducting sales activities in assigned areas according to the Sales & Marketing plan and program, aiming to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and coordinate the activities of corporate and institutional sales.
∎ • Ensure timely achievement of monthly primary and secondary sales targets for designated corporate clients and institutions.
∎ • Ensure proper merchandising and monitoring in supermarkets and optimize the display of the company's products.
∎ • Monitor the inventory of assigned corporate/institutional clients and promptly inform your superior about damaged and expired products.
∎ • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
∎ • Prepare proper documents/reports on product orders and deliveries.
∎ • Provide regular updates and feedback to your assigned institutions regarding growth opportunities, expansion possibilities, and other relevant information.
∎ • Monitor market activities, stay informed about market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences, and provide timely information and insights.
∎ • Manage all customer promotion programs in modern trade, ensuring effective execution and maximizing customer engagement.
∎ • Take responsibility for order processing and payment activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in these processes.
∎ • Perform other sales-related tasks assigned by senior management.
