∎ Proven experience in sales, preferably in the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
∎ Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actively seek out and assess potential projects: Conduct on-site visits, attend industry events, and network with key stakeholders.
∎ Foster connections: Build strong relationships within the architecture and construction sectors to generate leads and referrals.
∎ Proactively generate leads: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential clients.
∎ Schedule and conduct client meetings: Present our services, assess client needs, and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
