Job Context:
∎ The key role of Sales & Marketing Officer should be responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the company`s brand to generate sales.
∎ He is charged with developing strategies and executing tactics that communicate their company`s brand message.
∎ He will oversee all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand, Sales & Marketing strategy.
∎ He has to ensure the provision of opportunities and convert opportunities into sales & revenue generation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be Target oriented.
∎ Implement relevant marketing and sales strategy.
∎ Must be experienced in negotiating Price and payment schedules in Real Estate perspective.
∎ Achieve sales & collection target and prepare achievement report
∎ Define Target customers and build-up relations.
∎ Maintaining all sales file & booking money collection.
∎ Collection & follow up booking dues and over dues.
∎ Prepare daily client & Meting report.
∎ Co-operate clients asking for Bank loan.
∎ Prepared note Sheet and overall follow up all sales related activities
∎ Liaison with customer service in order to enhance the reputation of the company, increase profitability and to achieve customer satisfaction.
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry and Land Development will be given preference.
∎ Creates, builds and harness Customer Relationships to maintain Retention.
∎ Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas and designing Products.
∎ Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
∎ Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
∎ Must be honest and intelligent.
∎ Routine effective follow-up.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to superior.
∎ Par day target accept mentality
∎ Any assignment put by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Profit share
