• Must have Minimum 5-8 years of practical experience in construction work, Land Development, Landscaping, and Resort Buiding.

• Should have a sharp knowledge of architectural & Structural, Land Development, Landscaping, Machanical, electrical and plumbing drawing, etc.

• Interpret and review all drawings (Architectural, Structural, and Perspective), identify discrepancies or deviations, and coordinate with respective departments for necessary corrections.

• Check Received materials and Prepare detailed estimate, of the quantity of materials required for the successful completion of the project.

• Landscaping, land development of entire projects and resorts.

• Supervise and complete the construction work of the entire project.

• Supervise project works and Ensure smooth operation of project activities as per Daily Schedule. Maintaining proper documentation of project-related all works.

• Check contractor work progress, Quality with performance, and Checked Contractor bill. Responsible for completing project works within the scheduled time.

• Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and workers.

• Have to stay at the Project Site as required.

• Identify problem areas, and potential project risks and provide appropriate solutions to the construction, engineering, and related issues.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

• Maintain Construction Work Accounts·

• Prepare & Submit Work Progress Reports Daily, Weekly and Monthly Basis.
