Job Responsibilities
This role is a dynamic blend of sales support, administration, and team enablement. Your duties will include:
Achieve sales targets and support recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and partners
Conduct market research and track industry trends
Communicate effectively in English and negotiate offers
Support team performance and ensure compliance
Educational Requirements
You don't need a university degree to have a successful career. Many famous people like Bill Gates and Richard Branson didn't finish college.
We prefer people who have finished high school or have a higher level of education.

Up to 10-30% Sales Commissions /month
