Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Candidates must be smart, Energetic, creative, sincere and honest, presentable, free of using local dialects
• Candidates must have interpersonal and anger management skills
• Candidates needs to be technologically and digitally sound / need to be tech savvy
• Working as a proactive member in a team·        
• Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target·        
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.·        
• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
• Online marketing, youtube boosting, graphic design

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service        
• Answer questions about products or the company.   
• Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.·  
• Introducing the organization`s products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.   
• Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling.·        
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.·        
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.  
• Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.        
• Must be Target Oriented.        
• Responsible to achieve individual sales target.· 
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.·        
• Corporate sales planning and implementation.       
• Daily sales reporting to supervisor.       
• Visit different organizations/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
• Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
• Own Motorbike holder will get preference·        
• Any other task assigned by Management.
