∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving planned volume targets and managing both personal and team target goals to meet the company's overall annual target.
∎ Assisting industrial customers & whole seller in creating mass awareness on the use of quality lubricants in the territory and beyond to establish our strength over the competition.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment and prepare counter-strategy reports
∎ Following up with potential customers to up-selling and improve the service. The monitor used oil samples on per customer basis. Guiding them according to the oil analysis report from Chief Engineer
∎ Supporting the technical issues of the Sales Team. Organize training, lube clinic, and inspection to potential industries
∎ Arranging technical seminars in a year for customers to demonstrate products benefits with the aid of the technical team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Knowledge of computer application
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills, and technically sound.
∎ Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply to business requirements.
∎ Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner
∎ 1-2-year (s) of experience in a relevant field is preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply
