Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience required to apply.
2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on government or enterprise clients.
3. Experience selling communication and security solutions, such as PBX systems, Conference systems, PA systems, CCTV, and Radio Communication systems.
4. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products and systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Valid driving license (Car/Motorbike) and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the government or enterprise sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a range of communication and security solutions, including PBX systems, Conference Systems, PA systems, CCTV, and Radio Communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the government and enterprise sector.

2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.

3. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate communication and security solutions to meet their needs.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.

5. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and operations, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.

7. Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, including addressing any technical inquiries or issues.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
