Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to uncover trends, identify areas for improvement, and support sales forecasting.
∎ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and customer insights.
∎ Develop Power BI dashboards and other visualization tools for real-time reporting to enhance data accessibility for stakeholders.
∎ Monitor sales performance against targets and provide insights to sales and marketing teams to drive improvements.
∎ Analyze regional and product-specific sales trends and provide data-backed recommendations.
∎ Partner with the finance and operations teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
∎ Use statistical methods to forecast sales and anticipate business needs based on historical data.
∎ Support strategic planning by providing insights into projected sales, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
∎ Identify inefficiencies in the sales data collection and reporting process, proposing improvements where possible.
∎ Work with IT and operations to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes.
∎ Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and management teams to understand data needs and deliver insights tailored to their requirements.
∎ Conduct training sessions and support other teams in interpreting data and using analytics tools.
∎ Data Analysis & Reporting:
